It's Easy To Get Started

Switch On

When you receive your TIVE device the device is already activated and connected to our server.

You simply need to switch it on, give it a charge and place outside to get it fresh ‘fix’ on the GPS satellites.

Login

You will be supplied with login details to the GPS tracking dashboard.

When you login you will see your device is already online and sending back its first co-ordinates.

Start Tracking

With the dashboard, you are able to send commands to your device.

Tell it how often to send back its location, view location history and other easy to use functions.

Realtime Alerts

To make GPS tracking more user-friendly, TIVE cloud sends critical alerts by SMS and email, without you having to constantly be logged in to track.

Customize settings to your requirements such as timezone, device name and login details.

Geofences

Set 360 degree virtual perimeter ‘Zones’ (geo fence) around multiple areas. Receive an instant SMS to your phone when your tracker enters and/or exits the zone, notifying you of the full address details.

Realtime Tracking Interval

You can change the amount of position reports your TIVE device sends. From 10 second live reporting, (sending its position to the panel every 10 seconds) up to reporting every 24 hours.

Multiple Devices Geofences

Place an unlimited number of TIVE devices in your user account and see where they are simultaneously, anywhere in the world.

Location History

Check your TIVE device location history including route replay feature, direction, speed, date, time, addresses, street view and longitude and latitude

Customizing Device Settings

Your tracking devices inside TIVE dashboard can be customised with their own unique names and displayed with an icon from our icon library.

Tracking From Your Smartphone and Tablets

In addition to our web based tracking software and at no extra charge, MYTRACKINGDEVICES™ gives you the ability to track your devices from your cell phone and mobile devices whilst you are on the go.

Just as you would by using the tracking software from our website, by downloading and securely logging into our ANDROID or iOS app, you can track, view history and send commands to your tracking devices.

SMS Alerts

To make GPS tracking even more user-friendly, TIVE dashboard has been developed to send you critical alerts without you having to be constantly monitoring your devices.

SMS messages can be configured to be sent to your phone and the phones of other receivers in case of low battery, geofence exceptions and movement status.
